Sticky honey is subtly Southern-gothic imagery wherein collage and an exploration of cubism express a slippage of time, and of one thing perceived in parts. This is an active rejection of the school of photography of the single over-detailed shot; I aim to show visually the way perception feels, and to pair emotion and a sense of place with a snapshot of the periphery
